Acting, modeling, singing, and dancing are all in a day’s work for today’s guest on the podcast, Emmaline Joy. After moving around some in her early years, and completing high school in California, she’s found herself in Utah, traveling for work between shows at the Hale Center theater there. Though she began performing as a dancer, she’s acted on the stage and the screen, and now has been working more as a model, including a recent appearance at New York Fashion Week. She talks about the lessons learned, her hopes for the future, and the way she’s found new opportunities.
After the interview, Madison and Tristan discuss some of the movies and shows they’ve been watching, including a few classic Disney movies, Trap, and more.

From her Backstage profile: “I started 2024 by touring with NRG Dance Project. I am endlessly grateful that I had the opportunity to strengthen my craft, working alongside some of Broadway and Television’s finest artists. I am ecstatic to state that I recently made my debut at the critically acclaimed Hale Center Theatre Orem, playing Lydia Bennet in “Pride and Prejudice”. Always eager to hone my expertise, I studied theatre at Shakespeare’s Globe this Summer. I am always looking for new projects to be a part of!”
